NEW VIDEO: CRUSHING THE PROTESTS IN RANGOON
| J |
ournalist Tony Birtley has just come out of Burma, where he was right in the thick of things during the violent crackdown against monks and civilian protesters. Birtley was secretly filming the events, which appear to be from September 27-28, and he was very lucky to get out with this video. Indeed, he was lucky to get out with his life. Tony Birtley works for Al Jazeera English.
This is riveting footage. Wai al Jazeera for making it public and available.
